I have been on it for the past 4 weeks and the constipation is terrible that I just stopped taking it 3 days ago. Dr started me on 150mg once a day then bumped me to twice a day.

It really kicked my butt, especially that shuffle + burpee which in a weird way i liked :) for some reason i enjoy the burpees, well kinda... its like my favorite of the ones i don't like if that makes any sense. haha

same here. I don't deprive myself anything as long as i am under calorie goal. But i also try to make sure that the carb is the smallest portion on my plate, smaller than the veggies or protein.

I too just started to day and i loved it so far. I burned 486 calories with Alpha cardio today. I was back and forth between regular and modified version, i figured when i was tired it was better to slow down that stop.

I agree, i actually had to stop insanity.. I was exercising too much and only eating 1200 calories, and for 34 days i lost nothing.
