Most workouts schedule yourself a rest day, that's a day for your body to recover from the beating you have been giving it. If your fitness level is telling you to workout, and your body is up for the task then workout!!!!!!!! I do high Intensity Interval Training, and on my rest day's I usually run!!!!!

Keep pushing Play!!!!!!! I'm on my second round through, started this Journey January 1 at 220lbs, today I sit at 200lbs, don't pay attention to your scale, as everyone has said. Your body is changing and before you know it you will be able to tell the difference!!!!!

I would run on My rest day, but do what your body tells you it's up for!!!! I'm on my second time through Insanity!!!!!!!

Just start fresh, that way you can follow the whole program and not miss out on the awesome results!!!!!!

I'm starting Month 2 for the second time Monday, I didn't start pushing through the whole workout without rest until my second round lol, and it's still kicking my butt!!!!!

I would do make cardio, won't hurt you to substitute that one for Pure Cardio. Might make you better prepared for Month 2.

Same thing happened to me, and with a program like INSANITY, which is high intensity cardio circuit training your better off starting from the beggening!!!!!!! I know thats not what you want to hear but it will be worth it in the end!!!!!

Doing mine along with my other workouts, doing jumping jacks vigorously for 1min, resting 1min and doing this for a total of 10min of jumping jacks.
