I eat them for lunch about 3 times per week. I love them & I think they are great, I get whichever one's are on sale at my grocery store! I like to put them on top of a bed of lettuce or baby spinach & add some hot sauce or sometimes extra veggies, this helps me feel like I'm eating more & definitely fills me up!

I recently started using Nike Training Club & LOVE IT!!!! As previously mentioned there is lots of flexibility with it & definitely a challenge.

I don't care for my compression socks while I run but have found them to be amazing after a long run. Instant relief!! I wear them to bed after long runs & don't get as sore as I would if I didn't wear them.

I just made Pineapple BBQ chicken, it was AMAZING & so easy. Chicken breast crushed pineapple, mostly drained Hawaiian BBQ sauce Add ingredients to crockpot & let it cook all day. SOOOO GOOD!!!
