Welcome!! I am loving this program!!! I have lost 28 lbs. in 10 weeks and over 20 inches (from waist, bust, upper arms, thighs, etc). IT's awesome. My 19 year old son is doing it with me and he has lost over 30 lbs and is down a couple pant sizes! :smile:

I LOVE the choc chip cookie as a shake with some coffee in the mornings!! Also, love the cappuccino as a shake. I also have the beef stew everyday, but I put it in my thermos in the morning so it's ready to go for my lunch!! I have the coffee or peanut butter soft serve almost every night. The soups are also good as pizza…

So excited to find other MF "losers" on MFP. I am just starting today -- have never done Medifast before but seems as though I have tried every other diet known to man!!! lol Trying to look at this as a lifestyle change and not another diet because I don't want to continue the cycle of losing and then gaining it all back…

I find that logging in my food keeps me accountable and I also find that logging in my food makes me think twice before I might eat something or drink something :drinker: Anyway -- it's also nice to be able to look back and see what was working or not working at different time periods....

I measure or weigh everything and log it all -- even sugar free gum!! Every little thing counts and it can add up quickly........
