    It hadn't even entered my mind to give up any foods. :noway:

    My intention is to grow up and eat sensibly and healthily the majority of the time but if I want something high calorie or a day off for an occasion then I will do. :smile:

    I don't cut out anything. At all. If I want to work it in my daily allowance I will. I enjoy food. Yes I want to lose weight but I'm not going to deprive myself from anything. If I want pizza, then I'll have a slice of pizza. You've got to do what works for you. I've lost 83lbs. I get people commenting on my diary that I'm eating too many carbs. So what? What I'm doing is working for me, so I'll carry on doing it.

    That's great and good for you!

    If I have a major craving I have a little of what I want and am sure to hit the gym extra hard. I can not give up Coffee w/ sugar or wine/beer/pizza. But I limit when and how much. Life is about balance and if I deprive myself of all the things I enjoy I set myself up for failure.

    Single malt whisky. Not that I drink much of it. I just enjoy it occasionally and include it in my calories.

    Beer, Pizza, Sushi, Diet Pepsi etc.....the list goes on. I don't give up anything I like, I just eat them in moderation.

    jager (every couple of months, currently out of stock)

    ice cream (out of chocolate and afraid to buy)

    pizza (at least once a week)

    I also cut back alcohol, but haven't given that up either.

    ice cream! though i don't have milkshakes much anymore. i used to have a chocolate milkshake a couple times a week...ahhh the good ole days.
