You look amazing! And really pretty too.. Anybody ever told you that you look like the DOUBLE of penny from big bang theory? Also my mum has had 4 babies, and her stomach is VERY almost that of a 20year old in fit shape... thats 6months hard dedication of 4 - 7times a week at the gym, sometimes twice a day, she a mad woman

everybody has done absolutely incredible! I love seeing people my relative height and weight, I was at the gym today and I pushed my self further, been the the gym twice now, and eating smaller portions AND the stretch marks on my hips have already gone from BRIGHT pink, to smaller and just a light pink! I wish I could win the race slow and steady haha, but currently applying for the TA, so got to get my fitness up as quick and soon as possible lol but I suppose thats my motivation though to be honest, as well as weight loss :) I was thinking about doing the no calorie counting thing and just cutting down my portion sizes…

Holly your definately right with the alcohol, for the summer (apart from my house party and maybe one or two nights out spread out over the summer, which is until 17th sept for me im not drinking at all!) and yes all that chocolate and alcohol has caught up with us! Really sorry to hear about your heart :( It did help a lot actually thank you, I'm taking a rough guess that if I exercise I can drink more because i'll be sweating etc? so If I was to do an hour of cardio, I normally drink an extra litre a day when I do this, so thats 3.5litres, but that should be ok right cause I sweat A…

Well maybe it differs down to the person then, but all personal trainers (my best friend is a personal trainer) and trained scientifically, they know about anatomy and physiology, how the body works, they are much more knowledgeable than any regular person on a diet.
