  • I'm doing it with a free app on my phone too. I started a few months ago but stopped due to a knee injury, trying too fast too soon. My problem is I don't know what speed to do!! I know everyone is different, but can someone tell me what speeds you are using for walking & jogging?

  • Totally makes sense to me! I upped my calories from 1200 to 1440 a few weeks ago. Question... How do I change the % for carbs, fat & protein on here??
  • I did the 30DS a few times in March, but have made it a goal to complete the whole 30 days in April. I'm going to do each level for 10 days, no breaks. I also am doing additional cardio 3-4x a week. The scale went up 2+ lbs when I started & just this morning started to drop again.... thank God! I can't wait to see…

  • That's what I have my settings at too. It definitely helps knowing that other people can see exactly what I'm eating.... good or bad!
  • There's an option to keep your food diary private, public or shared with friends only. I set mine to friends only. It keeps me on track knowing that I could be called out on what I'm eating. Lol.

  • Fridays are homemade pizza night with salad at our house. I make the dough with half WW flour & the kids don't notice a difference. On my pizza, I go easy on the cheese & add lots of veggies. Yum!!
