I ordered 20 boxes, they go in the freezer for the rest of the household throughout the next few months. Mostly the caramel delights. My challange to myself is to not have a single one of them. 2 days strong so far!!

Wow, I wouldnt have thought to make a protein shake. And I love the tourani syrups. World market (in store and online) has tons of flavors, and usually they have really good half-off deals.

Plan meals ahead, set alarms, eat every two hours. lots of veggies, steamer bags are my new best friend.

I do... The other day, I hit the brakes and my 2 yr old said "what's wrong mommy, those ****ing damn cars?!" SO yes, I am watching my vocab while driving with him now. (I have an hour commute each way, so this is a struggle!)

That's crazy, we can't and won't make any adjustments or recommendations without a T4. We use Nature thyroid some, but not much. We very rarely use a T3 replacement either.

I am a nurse in an endocrinology office. If you havent been referred to a specialist, make sure you are. Monitor levels regularly, and make sure the doc doesn't go by TSH and T4 levels only, he needs to listen to your symptoms. Agreed as well.. I sleep in my workout clothes, much easier when all you have to do is brush your teeth and throw shoes on.

I set my alarm on my phone, and then put my phone far enough away that I have to get out of bed to turn it off, then I figure I am already up, may as well get a workout in. You get used to it.

I am on my first week as well, but I wanted to run 6 days a week so I do each day twice before moving on, and every day I go up in my run speed by .1. I am loving it so far. Today I will be doing week one day 2 for the second time. I started Monday.
