I also stay around 100. I love it. I have a friend that has lost 100 lbs eating 25-28 carbs per meal 5 times a day. It does work. Maybe at a slower pace. My race my pace.

I eat between 100-135 a day. I have lost 31 pounds. That is what works for me.

I just turned 48 and I have lost 29 lbs in 5 months. I cut my carbs between 100-150 a day. It is a slow process. I eat what I want, I just stay between those numbers and I try to stay between 1700-1800 calories a day. This has worked for me and I don't feel deprived or starving.

I keep mine between 100-135. I have lost 29 pounds, it has been slow (5 months) but it is working for me. My friend keeps her at 150 and has last 90lbs.

I never comment on post I just read them. I have to say well said. When someone ask what diet I am on I tell them "my diet". People say you can't loose weight that way.
