That is one of my concern! I used to drink WHEY protein, it says on the label that i need to consult my OB in order to continue, I only see her in 3 weeks. And it doesn't really say that I should stop drinking it...?

I'm a kickboxer in my vein, but now i'm mostly boxing to improve my upper body skills. In January, i would like to start Tae Kwon Do to improve my lower bod! (Add me if you want :) )

I usually do myself a week off every 5-6 weeks of full workout. Boxing (90m) 3x a week + Gym session (45m) 3x a week. Having a week off help me to keep woking out thru the years and after that week, I'm just more motivated than ever!

The things is, if you want to loose thighs, you have to run. That's a vicious cycle. '' Same problem for me '' But I continue, even if it was painfull at the beginning and at the end, I loose 1 inche so... very proud! -- Good idea the short!! -- And also, I guess it exist a product for that in drug store, a kind of cream...
