    im 20 just dieting/cutting to drop bodyfat atm already lost 5 stone in the beginning of the year put muscle on now just cutting the bodyfat back down and maintain :)

    wish you all good luck im at around 12 stone atm looking to drop about 6-8% bodyfat ( to make me 6-8%) in next 6-8 weeks :)

    Me! I've lost 64 pounds so far but have more to go. I'd love to have some more friends on here to cheer each other on (I try to comment on my news feed as much as I can) and share tips and encouragement. It can be hard our age when a lot life revolves around social activities that have food and not everyone is thinking about their health yet. Please feel free to add me - anyone on this thread!

    HI! I'm turning 30 at end of year so i'm still in the 20's :happy: I'm also new to MFP as well, barely joined for a month. Free to add me as a friend, I don't have many friends who use the site and I could always use some motivation and support. Parties, holidays, and unplanned/unexpected changes in my normal routine as far as meals go messes me up.
