I just made some Tuna Lettuce wraps for Lunch. Nice & light, and very low carb friendly. Didnt realize it was low carb meal until it was gone..lol

Follow up : the tickler is accurate. I started last month at 241. The tickler said ill be 232 in 5 weeks. I'm 230! Amazing :)

If you wanna do a cleanse take 1 tsp of Castor oil. It did the trick for me.

I like MFP a little better, as WW doesn't have much detailed reports as far as sodium, fat, carbs,etc.. When WW switched over to the new system, I plateaued . I just started MFP one week ago , so Ill see in a month if I notice a difference. I like the feature on MFP where you finish logging in and it tells you what weight…

I just started last Monday, so looking at these comments its gives me so much motivation. Everyday I have been under my goal and reached my exercise goal for the week. My "5 week" weight said that I should be around 233 in 5 weeks! So Im hoping that in 10 weeks I will lose 15 Lbs.

Thanks Eddie! Yes, I agree. I was losing so slow on WW . I like that MFP lets you can look at your nutrition in detail like fat, cholesterol, sodium. So even if you are eating your calories, you may have gone over on you nutritional limits. Im looking forward to my first month.

WW and I had to depart. This is almost the same system as WW and its free.An extra $ 18 in my pocket per month and I can track on my phone with MFP.I couldnt do that with WW.
