I put in my breastfeeding as exercise. I am 6foot and I eat 2300 cals a day which has helped me lose 2lbs a week for the past 16weeks.

Try eating more lean protein like chicken and fish. It takes some prep time but it is the only way I can stay full. I eat the jimmy dean d-lite breakfast sandwhiches which some are only 260 cals and keep me really full. But another option for breakfast is a real stove top cook oatmeal. I would go with the lower amount of calories burned and I don't think you HAVE to eat all those calories. It will just help you lose more weight.

Hi welcome to MFP! I agree with the other member suggesting everybody to eat healthier. Also, try eating before your kids eat so that you are full before all their good food is out. You will lose weight if you keep with this website. I have lost 22 lbs! It works! Good luck!

This website is amazing and can make such a huge difference because it makes you measure out what a real serving is. Swiss cheese is lower in calories. Many grocery stores sell 2% cheese and mozzarella comes part skim so that is lower in calories. Maybe you are craving cheese because your body is not getting enough calcium?

I would look at your sodium intake and if you are drinking enough water. And yes that time of month can make you retain water. Keep up the good work! You will get there!

I allow myself to splurge on the weekends. This means that one day i eat not normal food but stay within my calories and then one day I allow myself to go over my calories up to 700. I do this every weekend and have been able to lose 1-2lbs per week. You can't be perfect all the time so allow yourself some time to splurge.…

Clear alcohol is better then dark ones. Diet sprite, silver tequila and lime juice. Very yummy!
