  • refrigerator oatmeal!!! one serving is 1/3c rolled oats 2 oz vanilla almond milk 2 oz nonfat plain greek yogurt cinnamon stevia maybe some maple syrup or peanut butter fruit of choice/nuts/granola etc mix all together in tupperware and store in fridge overnight.

  • I love peanut butter! I get teddies all natural with flaxseed in it. It's so yummy, I just let myself have no more than a tablespoon a day. 2 tablespoons on occasion. Love love!
  • i love Bobs Red Mill granola because it has no added sugar. just be careful reading the nutrition label because granola is high in fat and calories. i always try to stay under the recommended serving size.
