Confession, I stopped too.. I couldnt get over my insecurities of people who know me seeing me out there trying to learn to run. I live in a VERY small town and everyone knows everyone. I am moving soon so maybe I will try again inthe new place. So your not alone, I didnt make it out of week 3 before I stopped

I may have bit off too much. I might just skip cardio if I need to over this next level, I can't quit the challenges so that only leaves the cardio to be cut from the team. But I will take it one day at a time. I feel bad about not doing the cardio now maybe I will still sneak itin later today after work.

Im checking in...........I just finished level 6 (omni) today and previewed level 7 last night!! I am scared level 7 looks so so hard, also I LOVED level 6 It was by far my favorite level so far, am sad to move on

Joy, Level 2 SUCKED I hated that level. Your not alone in your opinion lol but just remind yourself that its only 10 days and also modify if needed, I modified the plank moves ALOT!! lol it was the only way to get through it, if I remember correctly level 3 is awesome and so nice after the hell that is level 2

I am currently on level 6 omni, I love this level, however I dont do the standing abs and I have been skipping the meta arms and doing the arm section from TAs Mat video. I have convinced myself she does the leg moves about 5 times and then they loop it to get to the desired reps. Cause there is NO way any normal human can get through the workout with out breaking a sweat. She doesnt even have a sheen, whereas I am dripping sweat off my nose onto my mat!!
