I have my days where my Calcium & Iron are low , but most days are high. I usually try to research my foods , and I keep extra track of both of them since I am anemic. I usually eat lots of greens, and foods that are good for calcium.

I personally eat mostly a plant based diet myself I find it works for me with my food allergies that have. So I would say stick with what works for you but avoid processed foods is something that is always good to do. Eat more Whole Foods Avoid High Fruitcose Corn Syrup Drink More Water

I'm totally in even though I have a family reunion towards the end of June. It will be fun to see what exercise's I can do each day, and I will try to check during my vacation at least log it so that I can come back on here and post it.

I persoanlly like Almond Milk it's pretty good especially Silk's PureAlmond Brand that line seems to taste pretty good. I also love Coconut Milk and Oat Milk which these are good for coffee. As for Soy Milk it's a big NO NO for me I throw it up as soon as I drink it. I haven't tired Rice Milk yet.
