I use spiru-tein in the chocolate flavor. It's pretty low cal (90-100 calories) and has tonsss of nutrients with plenty of protein in it. I think it tastes pretty good especially after the gym or first thing in the morning.

I know what you mean, and I'm glad I'm not the only one. In the last month I have seen the number 145 once then it fluctuated back up to 148. It has been everything in between the two for the last month - 6 weeks and its becoming quite upsetting. I guess I'll just have to keep going and hope for the best.

I go to the gym for cardio and weights and then swim a couple times a week. When it is warmer outside I like to run. I tried 30 Day Shred a couple times and I could never stick to it. I found it so incredibly boring and like I was forcing myself to do it everyday.

My general rule of thumb, eat if you are hungry. If you are not...I wouldn't worry about to much. Try to eat more food that is generally high in calories throughout the day but is still clean if this is a daily thing i.e. avocados, eggs, milk, nuts. For me, I know that zigzagging calories works. I usually up my intake on Saturdays and Sundays. But then I follow with a longer workout with lifting and more restriction on Monday.
