Arizona tea vs diet pop...?

I'm looking to lose weight, I love both pop and tea. To me diet pop doesn't taste much different from regular pop. I know diet pop has no calories but it really doesn't have anything beneficial. However tea has quite a bit of calories but has a lot of beneficial things nutrition wise. So which one should I drink more...? Ps I don't drink water yet, as I lose more weight I will though.

    buy some sparkling ice, no sugar, no calories.

    Arizona tea has sugar, diet pop too much salt.

    Or make your own tea & add blue agave

    I don't drink soda do I can't give you advise there, but there also are diet teas such a Snapple and Arizona. I love diet raspberry and peach Snapple as well as Arizona half and half (preferably peach). There are some calories but not too many. Also have you ever tried flavored seltzer? I don't know what I would do without it and will help you get started on drinking more water.

    If 1% of your total daily intake (like 35mg) is "too much salt" than I think you might want to give up eating all together.
