I am 240 right now and 5'7. Last time I did the weight loss thing I was 220. Obviously I failed to stick with it and back to square one. Feel free to add me as I can use all the support I can get! It would be neat if a year from now all of us starting now can look back and say we did it!

Preheat the oven to 425. Take salmon filets and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then I use Jerk Seasoning and cover the top of them with that. Then I drizzle a bit of honey on each one. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy.

by the time symptoms of that nature show meat wont help. he may need a blood transfusion if it is anemia.

when I was in that boat I went to the ER. They see you and bill you later. In some cases at some hospitals you can qualify for assistance with you bill. I once went and ended up paying nothing because after filling out a form I was given a grant. or something like it.

I always put mine on a baking sheet on nonstick foil and bake at 425 for about 10-15 mins for salmon. Do the same for tilapia but a little less time. My favorite way to make the salmon is just sprinkle jerk seasoning all over it and drizzle about 1 tsp. honey one each fillet. It is so wonderful.

Could be low on iron...this happened to me when my blood count got dangerously low. Definitely make your way to a doc bc symptoms like that are never good.

I like roasted veggies- favorites are green beans, brussel sprouts, and broccoli. Sometimes I sautee some baby spinach until it wilts along with some mushrooms and spices. Okra is great too.

Someone may or may not have already said this- For me the same thing happened, but I found that as long as I was drinking plenty of water it helped me be regular.

It's not different entirely except some sub places cut the meat right in front of you. I do know from working at Subway that the meats can be very gross tasting after sitting for awhile. I hate greek yogurt as well except for the chobani fruit flavored kind. The strawberry banana and pineapple are my faves. Blueberry is also awesome. Try those and if you still hate greek yogurt then I recommend Yoplait.

Do yourself a favor and skip Subway. I used to work there and trust me- it is not that great. If you must eat there- skip the meat. It all comes in presliced and packed. When I do mine I use a 1 lb pack and put a little broth on the bottom (or bbq sauce or whatever) but not much at all... then I set my crockpot to keep warm and my chicken is done in about 3-4 hours. I just wanted to add that I have had menstruation problems the past few years off and on and the doctors have no reasoning for it... through online searches I found a remedy of apple cider vinegar. Google it. It works for people who have absent periods or periods that won't stop. I tried it and I have been fine ever since.

This will sound awful but I am overweight and I hesitate to run outside where I can be seen because I am afraid people will think something is wrong, like I am running from something rather than running for health. I know that is absurd obviously. But when I see bigger people doing things like that I admire them.

I think there are better burgers out there...try sunshine burgers or amy's burgers. I love the taste of both those brands and they have a lot of varieties to pick from.

I make a breakfast cookie- found on fitnessista.com. I am not a huge fan of oatmeal in its usual form, the texture bothers me.
