The only way for me is to cut sugar and most refined carbs out completely. It's hard for the first week but after I get through withdrawals I feel so much better!

Michelin Ultra is what I drink too and 4 equals 440 calories. You could get in a really good workout to compensate for the calories. I don't see anything wrong with having a few drinks now and then as long as they fit into your calorie goal.

Hi, I'm currently on week 1 day 4 and find that it isn't too terribly hard. I was wondering about week two, kinda nervous now! Lol you will probably be able to do more of the moves in a few days. The first time I did the week one workout I couldn't quite keep up but after a few days I am already able to do a whole lot more.
