  • I love Jillian too. She's pretty damn amazing. But sometimes in middle of workout I just plain hate her: "Come on, you can do it". Fine, I can, and I did, but I still hate her during then xD
  • Is it too late for a new challenger now? If it's not, then: ~Allie7383- PR in my Disney Half Marathon, be under 145, log 5 days a week and drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. ~Skreal89 - break the 210 mark for the first time in 3 years; run 4 miles without a walking break; burn 6000 calories a week working out;…
  • Mmm, for me, they are: - Getting into old clothes: What do you know, I was able to fit in perfectly some pair of jeans I haven't worn for like 2 years or so now (some of them, I only wore a few times back then before I decided they didn't fit me comfortably). - Imagining the expressions of some people I will meet this…
  • That's pretty much what I used to feel before working out too. Congrats and keep it up, you really did a great job :3
  • Is there any chance that's partly because your body has been so adapted to running and cardio activities, hence the little burn? I mean, I've always known you as an excellent runner OvO How about trying other activities? Do a work-out program that includes strength training and such? When I first switch activities, I found…
  • You have a white door in your room xD
  • Hmm ... I'm used to be a little overweight, but during 2006 summer, I was able to lose those extra weights, 11 lbs if I remember correctly. I was good until summer 2009, when we were preparing to take college entrance exam. Some in America wouldn't know about this, but in our country, students only have one chance per year…
  • College junior here, who's half way on her journey already, but who doesn't want a few more buddies? Feel free to add me up so we can keep each other motivated ;)
  • Hi, I'm on MFP all the time too and I'd love to have few more friends to mutually support, so feel free to add me :3
  • Between those two? Ripped in 30. I did both of them before and Ripped in 30 was honestly a bit more challenging, but both of them are good work out either way.
  • Thank you. I hope you both are right though. But since I've changed my exercise for almost a month now this streak of weight loss doesn't seem to lower at all (unlike when I first started working out with 30 Day Shred, it starts to lower at mid of week 3), that kinda worries me. I will keep this up for another week and…
  • Ah, I was quite silent this week >___< But here's my progress: 5.5/15- 22 miles of running/walking 100/125 crunches/sit ups (any kind) 20/ 70 push-ups (10/10 without knees!) 1/1 day of consuming ALL your calories (no more than 10 remaining) 0/3 days of 100% tracking 0/4 days of drinking ALL your water 0/3 sets of 10 minute…
  • Hahaha ... thanks for the tips xD My family knows I'm on a diet but most others don't, and I'm always "Nah I just had quite a lot of snacks earlier" whenever I dine out xD
  • Congrats! 57 lbs is a long way but you've made it :3 No doubt you can stick to the rest of the journey :D 57 lbs is actually my goal weight to lose, and I guess I can use that 7 months of yours as an estimate to look forward too :3
  • I'm a pretty responsible & perfectionistic person. If I decided to do something I often make sure it's the best I can do. One problem though, is that I'm a pretty lazy person as well, so I rarely actually decide to do anything :V
  • Hmm, I found Ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 packs are a bit similar. Doing both a day is definitely doable, but I found myself doing one exercise and spend some times for a nice long walk or other activities is more fun OvO
  • I think almost everyone here choose the healthy way to lose weights, and that's why the success stories board is always so inspirational :O I don't get any access to weight loss pill or anything, and I doubt I would want to. I'm doing so well with exercising and changing my eating habit, I don't starve myself, but not…
  • Aww I remember the feeling too ... when I first finished the exercise I was so sore I couldn't even move my arm above my shoulder hahaha xD I thought I would have to skip the next days, but I tried to do it and it became easier after day 3 or day 4. After that you won't feel much muscle sore anymore, at least until you try…
  • How exactly is Insanity like? Does it include like 2 or 3 different levels so you can change every 10 or 15 days? Since as Silky said, your body will get used to the same workout, so for best burn you should always change your workout after at least 3 weeks :O
  • Run/walk 0/12-20 miles (oh crap >_<) 50/100 crunches/sit ups (any kind) 30/60 push-ups (5/5 no knees!) 1/1 day of consuming ALL your calories (no more than 10 remaining) DONE 0/3 days of drinking ALL your water (I came as close as 6 cups per day ._.) 0/100 jumping jacks-DONE! Eat 5/5 pieces of fresh fruit (I eat that much…
  • :O Really? I have trouble staying UNDER the calorie goal :< Beats me, it's almost New Year Holiday here (we followed Chinese Calendar, and all) so with all the parties and gathering, I can't find anyway to stay around 1200kcal per day at all :< Always around 1400kcal per day
  • Hmm ... I couldn't finish all the jogging :/ It was raining non-stop here for a few days, but the weather will brighten up soon and for sure this time I will at least reach 12 miles per week >___< Oh yea, and consuming 8 cups of water per day is HARD xD How did you guys manage that anyway xD?
  • 10-12 lbs in 2 months is totally reachable. I lost 10 lbs during 30DS too, so you don't have to sweat over it. Keep a food journal as well, it will help a lot. Other than that, just stick to what Jillian is giving you, first 3 days in easy mode, and then transfer eventually to hard mode and you will reach your target…
  • Survivor - Destiny Child :3 And "you" here means the extra fat :V
  • You can do it, I guarantee you that. I went through the same thing when I first started 30DS, it was so frustrating not seeing the result immediately, but after day 4 and day 5 you will definitely notice something difference, if you work out right and eat right :O Since you can do first 3 days, you definitely can do next 3…
  • I know I only signed up yesterday but the result of 100% tracking is from this week xD I hope it still counted xD Run/walk 2.1 miles/10-13 miles 0/75 crunches/sit ups 0/50 push-ups (you may use your knees for all of them) 1/1 day of consuming ALL your calories (no more than 10 remaining) 0/2 days of drinking ALL your water…
  • It's 8, not 18. I would not complain if it's 18 inches lost. But 8 inches after 2 months is a bit disappointing to me, especially I've read people's review that they lost more than that in one month (and they don't even do the whole 30 days like I did, just 24, 25 days >_<) I only finished 30DS and RI30, and I had Extreme…
  • Hey, nice challenge you got there! Count me in as well. I will start doing the challenge later today xD 4 days left but I think I still can manage it :3
  • I just finished first day as well. For those who finished any of Jillian's previous workout, doing both levels back to back wouldn't be a problem. However, since there would be practically only one level during the whole 30 days, how are we gonna last with that xD? And I got bored after 7 or 8 days of same level of 30DS XD
