CARBS are my weakness..I could eat 1 egg with 4 pieces of texas toast..then carbs for lunch and carbs for dinner. I can give up soda, chips, chocolate and beer...just please don't take away my breads and pasta's.

How about finding someone in your area to swap with. I've given several pairs of too big pants to friends and in return got some of their clothes that are too small on them. We all usually have several sizes in our closet/dressor, so it shouldn't be to hard if you have friends around your size now.

I know people are going to ask you about water and eating habbits so it may help opening up your diary. Don't get discouraged it took me almost a month to see a 2 lb weight loss and then only a pound or so a week after that. I then hit a plateau and didn't loose for 3 weeks. I have same issue other than TOM. Just make sure your fiber is in check. I also take acidophilus pills. They have the same bacteria as yogurt. They help ALOT.

Bring something you like that is on your ok to eat menu. Then fill your plate up with that on put 1 or 2 bites of everything else you want to sample on your plate. That's what I do here at work.

My biggest is lunch, the reason is that I workout after work (3 hours after lunch) and dinner isn't till 4 or 5 hours after my workout and by then it's 8 or even later at night. So go with what works for you there is no wrong answer from what I understand.
