At my heaviest I was 295... last year I lost about 13 pounds because I was really busy at work. In January I started a wight loss thing with my cousin and lost about 7 pounds. I started MFP in June and I am down about 20 pounds. SO in all from my heaviest I am down 40 pounds. My birthday party was this weekend, and I just wanted to compare pics from my birthday 2 years ago (at my heaviest). Hope you enjoy... and I look forward to posting before and AFTER pics when I reach my goal. Thanks for looking
