I've spoken to my naturopath. I think now I have enough in my system that I can try and use it for the last half of my cycle. Initially I stopped for the beginning, but after 4 nights no sleep I gave in. We shall see how this month goes. Hope it all balances out sooner than later. I've been on it for close to 2 months now.

We will support each other! I'm back at it again as well. The weight has crept back on in spite of all my efforts. I'm thinking the support and tracking will help. Even though I think I've been eating healthy it's good to see what the calories actually add up to. Good luck! :)

Hi there, I have PCOS. I took Metformin years ago, but have since tried a more natural approach. I just recently started Glucosmart and Estrosmart. Thankfully it seems to be agreeing with my stomach a lot more than the Metformin did. I hope it helps with some weight loss.

I'm 5'3" and CW is 157 and wear between a size 12-14. In order for me to get to a size 9/10 I need to be low 140's for sure. I think it really depends on your shape, waist etc. :(

a girlfriend of mine has done it for a few months and lost 20+ lbs. I'd be thrilled with half of that. :)

One thing you can do is try to aim for fruit that is lower in sugar content. Just play around with trying different ones in your log and it will show you the carbs in each. Sometimes chosing an apple over a banana, or berries over grapes etc. can help. That's one thing I try to do when my rates are too high for the day.…
