  • As cliche as it sounds, I have a lot of muscle... The ideal weight my doc told me for 5"3 would be 130 but because of my muscle mass, at 170 he told me I was healthy and would never get to 130... He actually said I would look sickly... I think I looked pretty good at 170 and no one would have ever thought I was that weight…
  • My fiance was stationed there for a year and a half and he knows all to well what your going through... He says to just hang in there and that he's sure you won't be there for that much longer and to take leave whenever you can... Good Luck down there

  • I gave up gluten for the sake of my fiance who is highly allergic to it... Celiac disease is what I think it's called. If i so much as eat it and then kiss him he could feel a little sick so therefore it's hard to indulge in the foods that I loved as I love him more :) ... I wish you the best on not eating any more gluten…
