I love flexing in the mirror :)

Also, your intelligence is rare, interesting and beautiful. I hope you find your happy. It would be a shame for someone like you to exist without enjoyment in it.

Uncovering a purpose for the existence of the universe would be amazing. For now I'm just going to enjoy the beauty of the strangeness in all of it :)
-
Realizing you have no real meaning, impact or importance also lends one to realize that our mere existence is an improbability in this universe. I'm thankful that I even get this chance to be a part of something so vast, even if my existence is short and meaningless, at least I am somehow here to witness a glimpse of this…

Confidence is on the inside, not the outside. No matter how perfect your body you could still have self esteem issues. Do yourself a favor, first love yourself and then work on your health. The shape of your body will change as you pursue those first two goals. Much love <3

There are only two things that have ever stopped my binging in its tracks. One is going low carb. It eventually stops my cravings for foods that I binge on like crackers, chips and sweets. The other one is when I start eating all natural (or as close as I can get it). I load up on fruits, veggies, potatoes, butter, cream…

I'm on week four! It's hard, I won't lie but so worth it. You can do this!
-
Yes. I still do this. I don't do it because I feel I have to. I do it because I want to. I'm not with some repressive weirdo. My husband would love me all the same if I didn't. With that said, this works for us. He works and brings home the money and I make sure the house stays clean and his meals are prepared and brought…

I'm eating upwards of 2000+ a day and stay lean and muscular. Feel free to add me :)

I used to do that when I started running. I'm not familiar with that app but just slow it down and take your time. I never push myself to wheezing anymore. It took me over a year to build up to a respectable run so don't be too hard on yourself too soon. PS. Good for you for running!!! It's addicting

I want a graphics card and a gaming mouse =)

This is funny. OP was judging people who skip meals and you two run to her defense by judging IFers. PS...I don't fast but have put my 2 cents in on the subject which is basically, you want to fast? Good for you! You want to eat 16 meals a day? Good for you! As long as you aren't starving yourself WHO FREAKIN CARES…

Thank you :flowerforyou:
-
False. This may apply to you but not to everyone.
-
This is an opinion. Eating breakfast leads to binging for me. Eating few calories at timely intervals MAY be the best way for YOU to go but that does not apply to everyone. Skipping meals is perfectly fine. I've ALWAYS been thin and have ALWAYS skipped meals daily, weekly, just whenever I didn't feel like eating. There…

There is nothing wrong with skipping meals. In fact, there is science behind intermittent fasting being good for us. As long as the person is getting enough calories it really doesn't matter when they are getting them or if they are getting all in one or two meals. I see nothing wrong with a 24 hour fast either.

I see what you're saying. Maybe my pics are misleading because I don't look anything like her off season pic. Not that it's a bad thing to look like her, she's awesome in both pics. I'm sure I DO have some body fat but I have a hard time thinking that it's JUST too much fat to see my muscles. I'm pretty lean. Maybe I'm…
-
Have you looked at my pics?? I don't see where I could drop my body fat anymore, within reason.

And I apologize. I don't know how to quote someone without quoting everything they quoted :indifferent:

I'm considering this. I think (thanks to the good advice on this thread) muscle gain is going be my only route. If I'm being 100% honest, the idea of a bulk cycle scares me a little. I'm happy with my arms, back, legs and even my abs...with that said, I would for better definition in my abs but I'm afraid of…
-
Thank you. I've been stuck at these weights for a while now. I haven't made any gains in months! What am I doing wrong?
-
Thank you :flowerforyou: I would just like to have "popped" muscles but if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen. Thanks for the compliment, it means a lot

I would tear that thing up. Making your diet feel like a punishment isn't my idea of a good time. I like to indulge when I go out with family or friends. I only go out 2 or 3 times a month and never eat fast food so when I do go, I usually eat whatever I want and however much I want. It seems easier to watch what I eat…

What she said ^^. Skip the supplements and eat foods rich in potassium. Sweet potatoes, potatoes and a variety of foods have higher amounts of potassium than bananas.

Monday: Either off or lift. I do splits so one day I do upper and the next I do lower. I don't have specific days that I lift though. Tuesday: High intensity Step-Class. Wednesday: I'm doing a new PiYo class but usually this is a run and lift day. Thursday: High intensity Kickboxing. <---my favorite and I hold weights…

I quit smoking and that kick started my journey. My only intention was to quit, nothing more. Then I decided I would start tanning so I signed up at a gym so I could have 24 hour access and they also had some zumba classes and since it was all the rage I wanted to see what that was all about. I HATED zumba, got bored with…

Awe. Thank you :flowerforyou:

Thank you. I'm going to start tomorrow =)

Yeah, I have a "firm, flat stomach" which I am very happy with but there is no "ripped" look to it at all. When I rub my muscles they are solid and I don't have any squish but no bumps to indicate a 4 pack or 6 pack. I don't usually target my abs but that may be my very problem. I need to build them up. Thank you.

Thank you. I need to figure out what it is.
