well im a military wife so i dont have my family or friends around me, and my husband isnt supportive, so thats why im so glad i have MFP for that boost of confidence and how supportive everyone is on here :)

i think its different for everyone, some people need to hydrate and have something to burn to work out.....my own personal thing is always on an empty stomach besides my little cup of coffee, i get cramps very easy in my stomach so if i eat i get cramps and feel sloshy and dont finish my workout

see ive tried victorias secret, and it doesnt help, i spill out of the top, and if i go a size bigger to prevent that, then theres no cleavage, its like my boobs have no boob, its just skin or something, i mean i just pictured how that sounds in my head and its not THAT bad but being self concious thats how i feel lol

ok found an easier way LOL if you go to your excersise tab, itll tell you your personal weekly goal for calories burned, according to your MFP profile and settings. mine is 1000 a week so im going to aim for 4000 for the month :) what about everyone else?

maybe we should calculate it like this.....on average how many calories do we all burn a week then multiply it by 3 (cause were starting late) and then take the multiple of three and add onto it to push us more? how does that soiund? im gunna go look at my averages now :)

have you tried super points? its easier than swag bucks i thought it was bull**** at first cause all you do is hit a button and it "spins" and itll either tell you try again or award you points, but its actually kinda cool, im already at the comp all day anyway so every couple of facebook reloads i just hit the spin button…

actually before i started my diet i did feel tired all the time, i bought hydroxycut for women and b12 vitamins to help give me more eneergy to work out,,,,thanks for your guys input, all i can do is wait, but like i said before i guess i woulda felt better if someone had been in the same situation as me lol
