  • I've got this version - http://www.fatcuda.com/fitness/reviews/zumba-fitness-total-body-transformation-system-dvd-set-review/, I have to agree with you it's the best workout I have ever tried.
  • I'm telling you right now, Zumba ROCKS. It's a fun way to lose your weight. I found this after I purchased mine but you can get it cheaper here - http://www.fatcuda.com/fitness/reviews/zumba-fitness-total-body-transformation-system-dvd-set-review/
  • I have been doing zumba for the last couple of months now, I want to lose some flab for summer. I feel so good after the workout that I'm starting to get addicted to it but I do it at home as there are no Classes nearby. I remember reading a good review on fatcuda.com before purchasing and it helped me a lot because I…
  • First off 1200 calories is the bare minimum everyone should eat so don't ever go below that number. Second of all I was in the same exact situation you were before & have done the impossible. All I did was learn the basics of how our bodies work & implemented on myself. What I found really useful is a calorie calculator(I…

  • As other have told you 1200 is the bare minimum you should eat. To calculate the exact amount, you should try using any online calculator. If you don't know which one to use, you can check out the one I use on http://www.fatcuda.com
  • hey, that depends on a lot of other things. This varies through every individual depending on body type, height, age, weight, activity & alot more Don't worry if you don't know what this means, you can always use online calorie calculators such as http://www.fatcuda.com. I wish you a big gl ;)
  • you should start at maintenance calories & then slowly reduce 500 calories from your daily caloric allowance. You should use a calorie calculator to calculate everything. I personally use Fatcuda.com as it's really accurate.
  • You should use online calculators to calculate how many calories you should be eating depending on your gaol. There are many online but I find http://www.fatcuda.com to be the most accurate as it is highly customizable.
  • Hey if you are still searching for an accurate calculator you can try the one on http://www.fatcuda.com. It's clear & the most accurate calorie calculator I have ever used.
  • I fear that even 1200 is low for you, have you tried different calorie calculators first. There's a good one at http://www.fredieting.com & another accurate one at http://www.fatcuda.com. Make sure you calculate your calories correctly as it will not do you any good to not eat enough calories.

  • Head over to http://www.fatcuda.com & check out how many calories you should be eating using the calorie calculator. In my opinion this is the best calorie calculator as it's highly customizable to every individual.
  • Hey, most calorie calculators are confusing 1100 calories is too few. You should head on to http://www.fatcuda.com & use their calculator as it's very accurate & highly customizable
  • It's hard to tell with so little info, just find an online calculator & follow the number of calories it gives you. I know most calorie calculators online are different & quite innacurate, but I found one a while ago on http://www.fatcuda.com & does a nice job. Apart from giving you the amount of calories, it stores them…
  • I found hard in the start aswell but you'll get used to it. I found that calorie counting really works, I just went on to http://www.fatcuda.com - calculated the amount of calories for weight loss & I followed it by the book. Up till now I have lost around 47lbs.
  • I agree that counting does take you somewhere. What I found frustrating is having to calculate everything from the start once my body changed, thank god I found a calorie calculator which does that for me at http://www.fatcuda.com
  • Hey there, I think you were eating few calories which in turn hurt your progress, make sure you are eating the right amount of calories. You should never start too low on calories as your body will cannibalize your muscle. You should calculate how many calories you should be eating. I have been using the calorie calculator…
  • You are probably not eating the right amount of calories, you firstly need to calculate your BMR & than add up the workout calories. I suggest you just use a calorie calculator & eat the amount it shows you. You can use a basic one on : www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm or a more advanced one on…
  • It doesn't really make a difference really. But you should focus more on whole foods than crappy protein powder. www.fatcuda.com
  • It's great to workout at home, I agree. I've been doing so for the past 3 years and it feels amazing. At first I didn't know what I was doing but then I searched for programs I could follow & I found one which brought me success. Now I have the body I have always dreamed of while still living my lifestyle. I found the…
  • that's a great transformation Agean42 especially at your age(no offence) I'm in a similar situation but I don't know what to do. Someone suggested I follow an online program & already read a review on FATCUDA.COM - do you think it's a good idea to follow one of these programs?
  • hey gashinshotan you should really be careful with this one as you can't lose weight fast without losing your muscle. Don't worry about losing it fast, just take a slow pace ~2lbs per week & you'll be happy with the results. If you don't know what you're doing I suggest you follow a program(you can find lots online) so you…
