How many calories should i eat a day ?

I though of increasing my calorie limit from 1220 kcl to 1440kcl as for ages i wasnt loosing any weight :sad:
I was doing zig-zag method, i was exercising more, changing exercises etc.
I think i tried everything, but nothing works.
So now im going to the most drastic thing for me, increasing calories. I was too scared to do it earlier on.
Here are some things you may want to know :
My weight is 144 lbs.
My hight is 5'7
I exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.
So what do you think will it help restart my metabolism ?

Hey there, I think you were eating few calories which in turn hurt your progress, make sure you are eating the right amount of calories. You should never start too low on calories as your body will cannibalize your muscle. You should calculate how many calories you should be eating. I have been using the calorie calculator on http://www.fatcuda.com & I have made steady progress.0
