There are lots of protein shakes out there that taste GREAT! So, don't bother with one that tastes bad. And is over priced. I rarely mix anything with mine. I started back wearing the body media fit armband on the 7/15. After 5-7 days & getting an avg TDEE of approx 2400 I changed the cals to 1400. So changed cals around the 20th. But like I said.
