I am 53 and have lost "about" 8 pounds since January. It's slow and steady! I joined a group that is supposed to lose a pound a week....which for me, is not the case, BUT... I am still in it... and it, and mfp friends, motivate me and keep me accountable. Since starting, my goal is to lose 20-25 pounds. I eat "normally",…

Lost .8 Water - 4 days Fruit - 2 days Veggies -2 days Avoid sugar snacks - 2 days Logged - 4 days Exercise 30 - 3 days Not a great week, but it's a start at trying to incorporate these goals. Definitely upped my water intake! Was only 5-6 before.
