Good Morning, I usually take a Herbalife or Slimfast shake as a MEAL replacement. I have noticed, however they don't seem to have much protein. I think most of the problem with doing it each day is because when you lift weights, your muscles need time to heal. That is the goal with weight lifting. So, I was told you CAN do this program each day ( as the program is composed of weights, cardio and abs), just perhaps dont use the weights except for every other day.…

I actually accidentally started with 1lbs. I think I am going to use 3lbs now for a bit and then move up. I recommend 3lbs. Add the 30 Day Shred April group if you are starting in April so we can all track together!:smile:

I'm not sure of a difference...I would compare the images and google the 30 Day Shred. (Maybe the seller made a mistake on the title)? The one that I'm doing has Jillian looking somewhat sweet! lol

I have to say, I have utilized Herbalife on and off for a while! It does work! When I first started it, I dropped aprox 30 pounds in maybe 3 months. The only problem is that my body stopped responding to it (I have to admit I was "cheating" quite a bit though). But for those of you who haven't tried it...I recommend it.…
