Day 3 down! I'm feeling soreness in my lower body, mainly my thighs. After Jillian, I hopped on the treadmill for 30 min to get some extra cardio in. I'm loving this so far! Even my mother has been inspired and has vowed to do the month with me!

Day 2 down ! I think tomro I'm going to use heavier weights for the chest flys. I've been using 3.3lb weights so far and when I do the chest flys I don't feel like I'm working anything lol

Don't fret! I've missed two days due to leg problems but once I felt better, I just picked up right where I left off. You're not disappointing anyone! You are the only person that matters in your journey- so good Job on continuing !!

Posting this super late but I did c25k week 3 day 2 and followed it up with Jillian. I've tried Jillian before and have always done it with three pound weighs. This time I'm using five pound weights and there is definitely a difference! I'm sweating so much more this time lol

L1D1 done! 29 days to go! The workout went pretty well. I used 5 lbs weights during the strength exercises and I could definitely feel the burn! The only negative draw back to the workout was that my left knee started to bug me on the second and third strength exercises. I hope it doesn't get worse and keep me from…
