No, it will decrease your deficit for the day. Doing this all the time will stop your loss considerably. But I like "cheat" foods for sanity, some may disagree :)
-
I'm doing exactly the same. It's easy and fits my calories/macros :)

I'm set at 1200-1300 per day, but I've been struggling to hit it lately. With so little to lose and being short, there is so little room for error, so I do not eat back exercise calories. If it was an active day and I'm truly hungry, I'll maybe go up to 1400, but I really don't want to wipe out the small deficit I make!

Nearly 30 pound loss

I'm in the final stretch to get back to my "college weight" after a weight gain I experienced/let happen while on medical leave. Anyway, I have a few pounds to go to until I'm at my ultimate goal weight. I'm trying to hit this by my one year wedding anniversary in February... which means I have to put in work during the…

At least on the app, if you go to "goals" and reenter them/one, and it will spit out an updated calorie allotment.
-
OP, define stationary. If that's your true resting heart rate, it's high, and I would consult with a cardiologist about that, and discuss exercise plans accordingly.
-
Yes, mine often does this. I don't have a good answer though. I manually delete on the Fitbit app.
-
My only concern would be the sodium. Like the other poster said, it depends on if that's a problem for you. I use them for lunches at work sometimes, but I won't eat them more than once a day. It's worth trying to get you started.

Hi! I'm 5' 2.5" and about 137 lbs. I have lost 10 pounds so far, and have around 12 to go. I will reevaluate from there if I want to lose anymore.
-
I don't know how accurate a Fitbit one it either. I have one and never know how much to trust it. I'm sure it's less accurate than one with a HR monitor.
-
I do exactly this... Well not to check battery but to test accuracy.
-
There may be some good ideas in the "gaining" thread too!
-
Also came to add, if you're going too low-fat, this could happen.

I love reading everyone's responses. Hi fellow millennials. Hooray for OP going to law school! Age: 28 Occupation: Teacher/adjunct professor, and headed back to get my PhD, starting in the fall College (alum/current student): Have bachelor's and master's from CSUF, and I'm a crazy person going for more school in fall…

You've got this! I'm 28 (feel like the old lady here :p :p ) and always glad to have more friends! I've lost nearly 8 pounds and have about 15 to go!

This sometimes happens to me on days I'm really busy or have a good workout. I did this yesterday and the hunger didn't hit until about 11:45 and kept me up :| I agree with the above, one day won't hurt. I personally never force myself to eat, so eat if you feel hungry.

Using a food scale and pre-logging have been the most helpful tips I picked up here!
-
Jerkey/epic bars, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, string cheese.
-
I had to give up diet soda because it's a migraine trigger for me :'( I second the diet cranberry Sierra Mist and diet cream soda!
-
I had the same problem when I first logged, with my snacks coming out to more calories than a typical meal! I have to snack with how busy I've been, or I get a headache waiting too long between meals. The key for me is to pre-log snacks so I limit it to 200-250 of my 1250 calories. I've been snacking on (weighed portions…

I don't really have any suggestions, but I grew up in SD (and am heading back there soon) and live in OC, so I can relate a bit  I don't know if it's worth visiting around here for, but if you're ever in Costa Mesa, there are little spots called the "Camp" and the "Lab anti-mall" with good spots like Habana, Taco…

Until recently, I had only tried fat free cottage cheese. The upgrade from fat free to low fat makes me like it!! I'm an 80s/90s kid and there were never full fat products in the house, so I can't get used to it.
-
I do this too! I also sometimes squeeze lime or lemon juice on it.

You're not in a dangerous zone, but it is recommended to work toward a lower resting rate. I had a RHR of 80 for a while. I have a theory that I was chronically dehydrated because I really only drank water when I was thirsty. I recently started drinking a lot of water, exercising a lot more, and practicing yoga. I brought…

Oh I know the feeling. Try food that's easy on the stomach. Oatmeal, bananas, toast, etc. Seek relaxation techniques to calm your symptoms of anxiety. Breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, counting, anything. If relaxation techniques don't work for you, organize a to-do list and put all the individual items into…

I can't say whether it's a brand new issue but it's been happening to me almost everyday this past week. It double counts my "snacks" section and sometimes exercise, if I explicitly enter it.

I'm so sorry you fell into that 10%. That sounds miserable! Mirena has been wonderful for me. I have "real" periods maybe twice a year, otherwise spotting once a month. I feel good, have less severe menstrual headaches, etc.
