mfp is syncing my meals twice

When entering all my meals into my diary everything looks great but when I sync with my Fitbit hr it sometime doubles or triples my meals. Has anyone had this problem and how do I fix it?? Thanks:)

    Yes, mine often does this. I don't have a good answer though. I manually delete on the Fitbit app.
