Christian Bale! Mmmm.

You've come to the right place :) I couldn't have lost as much as I have without MFP. Good luck :)

I hate TOM (which is RIGHT NOW!) because I can't stop eating. I've got no energy and feel completely demotivated. I've been doing Insanity and 30DS but only doing Shred every other day at the moment because TOM is really affected my mood. Thankfully it will only be for a week. I'm great any other time! Hopefully 1 week out…

I started it on Monday. It's kills me after but I'm loving it and can't wait to see the results. Add me any of you and let's keep motivated!

I was bursting out of my size 16s and struggling to keep up with my daughter. I wasn't happy with myself so I decided to get fit and fabulous!!!

I use runkeeper it's great and a free app. Only one time it let me down and didn't log my miles correctly, but I've had it for months now so 1 time is okay. Like I said, it's a free app so worth giving a go :)

Hey, I'm a Yorkshire girl. Request sent :)

Remember that food is fuel. Your body cannot function without it. If you are exercising make sure you eat to accommodate. If you feel tired or run down, it's probably because you haven't eaten enough. You don't need MFP to tell you if you're eating too few calories. Your body will tell you.

Don't know if it's already part of your workout but doing crunches with one ankle resting on your knee and coming up towards your knee rather than straight up are supposed to help. Dunno of that was well explained...

I don't know why but I feel like drinking water is such a chore. It rather have a coffee! But I have improved. Having 3-5 glasses a day instead of zero! Will start drinking more.

Well said. I did struggle with eating over 1000 calories for quite a while but now I've started eating more I have so much more energy. I hated it when I only managed to eat 600 calories and people said good job. Even I knew it was no good. It can be hard work to eat so much some days but it's worth doing!

I go to weekly weigh ins at Slimming World, but sometimes I sneak a peek midweek at home to check if things are going in the right direction. I think once a week is good though.

Remember that muscle is heavier than fat so if you are working out more that might be why you gain. Try switching your foods. Eat differently. Try 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. You should never go hungry and it will help your metabolism.

I've just done day 6. Can't believe people quit it after just a couple of days. It's hard, but it makes you feel great afterwards. I love it :)

Hey, I'm from Leeds in West Yorkshire. I've been using MFP for a good few months now and find the motivation and support you get from friends invaluable. Feel free to add me :)

That's an impressive weight loss. They say the last bit is the hardest to lose but I think that if you have support, motivation and a positive frame of mind you can do it no problem. Add me if you like. Im always using the mobile app :)

My first goal was to get to 9.5st from 12st. And I've done it! Very pleased. But since in not a tall person I can still afford to lose another stone. So now I want to get to around 8.7st but I want to tone up my flab mainly. I wouldn't mind losing a few inches rather than weight now. I think that's a fair trade off :)
-
Hi. I live in Leeds and would also like more uk friends. Add me too :)

The more the merrier :) Add me!

Hi. You can add me. I'm always using the app on my phone so I've always got time for my MFP friends :)

I've got a little girl who is 18 months old next week. I find it hard to find time to do any excersise as I look after her while my OH works. Need to find a way to fit everything in!
-
Hi, I'm 28 and have logged in everyday for about the last 221 days :) you're welcome to add me!
-
5'3 and considered short. Everyone in my family is taller than me, my OH is 6'2. Wonder which one of us my daughter will take after? At least I'm taller than her lol (she's 17months).

I'm the same, I ALWAYS need something sweet after dinner. I used to have some chocolate or similar, but recently I've switched to fruit and it seems to do the job. Strawberries and grapes are sweet enough for me to satisfy my sweet tooth, or sometimes I have a muller light yogurt. I've cut down on sweets dramatically now :)
-
Mines open so everyone should add me. I want more friends who have open diaries. It definitely helps to motivate one another.
