  • This 4 weeks sucked. I gained. I'm discouraged and trying to figure out how to get back on track :(
  • Well, I'm checking in but this 4wks is not working out. Birthdays, visitors, a horrible cold had made a gain. Not checking out yet, but have to double up the efforts :( Wk 1: 210 Wk 2: 209 Wk 3: 212 :(
  • My goals: Log calories every day and meet goal calories for the week Exercise 30+ minutes at least 4 days/week (I have horribly long work hours) Hope to lose 8lbs in the next 4 weeks (challenge will be family visiting and birthday next week)
  • Current weight: 210 Goal weight: much much lower! eventually 160lb, but will take it in steps

  • SW 215 CW 210 Almost 1/2 through the year and only 5 lb down. I don't think I'm going to hit that 40lb mark. Oh well, redoubling my efforts and sticking with it.

  • SW 215 LW 210 CW 211 Everyone seems to be struggling a bit this week. I keep waffling between 210 and 211 and haven't gotten through that point to lose the weight I need. Keep up the work and keep motivated everyone! I'm not giving up!
