SW:178 CW: 171 It feels like I'm losing so slowly. It could be because I'm gaining muscle but it doesn't feel like it. Kinda discouraged because I feel like I'm doing so much work and my stomach still looks like it consumed a large jello monster.

I have definitely notice a difference in my calves. They look more toned and are thinner than they previously were. My arms are also shedding the fat look really quickly. Day one: Cardio: 27 ( disappointing but it happens) Water: 38oz ( working on it. I did drink some from a fountain but it went un measured. I highly doubt I drank more than 5 oz.)

I've been drinking cranberry juice to help with some of the things going on with me. (Doctor recommended). So I will be drinking cranberry juice but its just going to be that. No soda. No candies and no cake.
