I got to about day 7 and I was bored with level 1. Level 2 is definitely a challenge. I do not see myself getting bored with level 2> I have only done it 3 times so far but man is it tough!

I was watching Dr. Oz the other day and this guy was on there talking about chinese food. He said if you get rice, choose only steamed since the brown is most likely fried in butter or oil. I think once you get through day 3 it gets easier. I did day 6 yesterday, and I notice my an increase in my endurance. I have also been wearing my HRM while I work out and the calories I burn appear to be less and less. I think it is because it puts less stress on my body now. Soon I will be able to start level 2. I am 5"1 and I am currently at 135.5. My SW was 139/140. I would like to be at 125. I dont think I have ever been that thin. Its a dream, but I am going to shoot for it. My goal is set to 1200, but I eat more than that since I have been more active than usual.

Thanks! I have no clue how I could have injured my knee. I did not do anything too straining, other than C25K. It sucks because it is keeping me from working out. I will definitely go see the doc if it continues. Thanks again!
