I was in the grocery store about a month ago and I was getting some things, and all of a sudden I became so grossed out/saddened by the fact that I was surrounded by cases and cases of meat. Dead animals. In freezers, in refrigerators, in tanks swimming ontop of each other. Why? Why do people think it's perfectly okay?

It's great to meet all of you!! I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only person who is bad at sticking to it... so glad to have a network of people so we can all keep each other accountable and motivated!!

Let's motivate each other! I defniitely go through cycles of feeling motivated... and... NOT feeling motivated (um, my super bowl "splurge" lasted for like... two weeks). BUT! I am motivated now to be motivated and start my new lifestyle!

i actually read that Jillian suggests doing 30DS for 2 days, cardio for 1 day, 30DS 2 days, cardio 1 day, rest day. She said the marketing team liked the way "30ds" sounded, and that each level is 30 days, but she doesn't suggest doing the entire level for 30 consecutive days.

i agree, it's not the coffee but what i put in it, because i LOVE flavored creamer so i inevitably put A LOT of it in it.... my breakfast is usually creamer.
