Take one can of solid pumpkin and mix with a spice cake mix. Mix together and scoop out and bake for 13-15 minutes at 350* and you have cookies
They will be like a cake like cookie.

do you have a picture of this? I made the pumpkin and brownie mix and it did not go well for me. Kinda shy about trying any others unless I see a pic.0

i have made muffins like this many times...never thought of cookies..
much easier on the go fof breakfast.
I also found that the cheaper the cake mix, the better the muffins.
experiment with pineapple, strawberry, and french vanilla cake mixes for variety.

I've made these as muffins and freeze them individually for a quick grab breakfast (microwave for 20 secs or so) I've also used banana cake mix and canned pumpkin and made banana bread....SO YUMMY!0
