I dimly throw in a bag of Great Value frozen chicken breast with a large jar of salsa. When home from work, I shred the chicken with two forks. We use this for salads, burritos, and low fat nachos! Makes enough to last a couple of days!

I LOVE cookbooks. I have two big drawers in the kitchen full of them. Right now, I'm highly addicted to skinny taste.com. My husband likes the pics w/each recipe as well! I like the recipe box and grocery list options as well!

Just keep in mind that you'll lose a lot of water weight the first couple of weeks. It'll slow down.

I think I should try to at least eat 1200 Cals per day, especially on the days I work out. I know I can do this, sometimes it's just frustrating learning what is going to work best for my body!

I love my new indoor/ countertop grill! It keeps a steady temp, and the meat stays nice and juicy!

Nephrology Clinician. On my feet 9-12 hours a shift, 3 to 4 shifts a week. I wear a pedometer to track my distance walked and calories burned:)

In regards to the Facebook comment, you can choose what accomplishments are posted onto FB. I chose not to have my weight on there, ( too embarrassing!). Holy Cow!! I just did day 1 level 1. She definitely kicked my tush! Hopefully I won't be too sore later. My legs feel like jello at the moment!

I think the small goals definately help me! Drinking enough water is one of my " daily goals". I try and make daily/ weekly goals all of the time. I also find it helpful to not make the scale a part of them;)

Vmbourg: on Dec.22 nd I weighed 181:) As of yesterday, I'm 169.5. So roughly 2 1/2 weeks:) I know the weight won't keep coming off this fast, but it sure is motivating!
