When I gave up on major exercise was when I trained for three months for a back packing trip. I worked out with waits and did the tread mill with a 35 lb pack three times a week. On the other days I hiked with a 35 lb pack with my family. I gained 10 lbs, and did not loose any inches. now I try to play more. Go for walks…
