  • :drinker: I prefer Splenda and it is what I have used my whole journey. Recently, I have found a cheaper brand by wal-mart that is just as good and has no carbs. Good luck on your choice.
  • I ask my trainer about this and he said he had never heard of anyone cutting out your carbs this early, He says typically it is around 4-6 p.m. And as long as you are watching them throughout the day .   • If you can't do 45 minutes to start. Start with 15 minutes 3 times and work your way up to 45 minutes. I have lost 75 pounds with walking. As summer comes in you can also walk behind a push mower it burns a ton of calories. Walking totally works. :flowerforyou:
