My husband lost 20 lbs just walking the dog daily for a few months. Starting off on slow 20 to 30 minute walks then gradually moving up to longer and harder walks. After awhile you start building up speed and some endurance too. It needs to be more than one long walk a week to really start seeing some results though.…

YES! GO YOU!! Keep up the good work!! I've been hovering above 210 for a really long time. Once I hit below 200 even if it's just tip-toeing I know I've made progress. Slow and steady works better than no movement at all. Feel free to add me if you want more friends for motivation. :-) Congrats!

Me too!!! How do you manage to brew beer and still lose weight? Those tasty 5 gallon batches can add up real quick especially if it comes out tasty and very drinkable. ;-)
