Wow! Compared to the women I looked at with my size, shape and weight...I'm a hottie and I'm over 40! My boobs too! My husband loves my boobs (I never did); now I do!
This just gave me the biggest boost ever! Thank you for sharing...0 -

Fantastic links. Great way to motivate myself into getting into the shape I'm looking for and getting an idea of what I'd look like. Thanks!!!0

Yeah, awesome sites )
I used to feel so HUGE and mammoth like when all my friends/colleagues are all under 5'7 and 140lbs. But looking at the body gallery is a huge self esteem booster. I used to think my goal weight (180-200 at 6'1") was still huge but looking at the women my height on here- they ROCK 200lbs!!! They look just as fit, lean and shapely as a < 5'7 person under 140lbs )
Everyone is different, we all carry weight differently, we are all different shapes/ heights/ bone structures. Just because the BMI scale tells you to be XXX pounds to be healthy it doesn't mean it will look good on your, or you will be healthy.0 -
Thank you for this. I found a body and a pair of breasts that made me feel like I was looking in the mirror. At the ripe old age of 35, I've developed confidence in myself because I've finally learned it comes from who I am as a person, not just my appearance. I'm attractive enough, but I'm often not happy with my body because it's larger than it used to be despite eating well and putting in hard weight workouts 3 days a week. I have medical conditions. *sigh* The point is, sometimes it's good to be reminded that you're NORMAL, and that's perfectly fine.
I will continue my healthy diet and workout regime, and I will continue to work with my doctor on my health. Most importantly, I will keep in mind that I'm much, much more than my breasts. I hope the rest of the women here can do the same. :flowerforyou:0 -
That first link is fantastic, in fact it was that one that I looked at a while ago that made me realise my target weight was probably about 20lb too low.0

The above is a website where you can type in weight, height, size and body-type to see pictures of what REAL, unphotoshopped women look like. You could plug in your own info and take a look at what women similar to your size look like (Body proportions & body fat vary, to some degree).
Lol great.. no pictures of anyone like me0 -
Bumpity bump for when not at work0

Thank you for posting this. I really needed to see that and I feel a lot better about my breast and body now as well. I'm not abnormal!0

I wish I could find it but there was also a site that showed unphotoshopped female genitalia. There was an article in a local paper recently that noted an increase in labia reduction surgery which made me feel a little distressed given that it's a surgery that can result in reduced sensitivity. The site I recall showed waxed, unwaxed, large labia, small, uneven, etc, and encouraged the idea that there is no 'perfect' vagina, regardless of what pornographic films show us.
Well, here's hoping that my post doesn't breach the site rules.
I saw that website too!! I thought it was also a good eye-opener! There was one for male genitalia too.0 -

Why not just not read fashion/beauty magazines? Also, I seem to see real women all the time, ya know, walking around everywhere.
You see naked women walking around everywhere? Jk, I know what you mean. And you're right, but... Clothes hide A LOT. I think a lot of us can agree that what's going on under the clothes doesn't necessarily reflect the outside. I never knew what scantily clad real women looked like until I started seeing sites like this, MFP & some reality shows. No one in my town walks around in bikinis and their beach photos having some noticeable "touch ups" or edited colors.0
