Can anyone from the UK recommend a good brand? I've just tried alpros almond milk and I'm NOT a fan. But there again I prefer delamere soy milk to alpro soy milk so wasn't sure if I didn't like it just because it's alpro. Anyway, any recommendations would be welcome.

Its a great way to get used to exercising as others have said. I used wii fit plus religiously for a year and it did help me loose weight. No I don't think that's true at all. When I binge it's usually because I'm stressed, it's not actually anything to do the food I'm eating, just the physical act of stuffing my face destracts me from what's really bothering me.

Hi, I'm Carly, I'm a pescatarian and I'm trying to eat at least 5 a day, hopefully more. My iron intake always seems to be very low so if I could sort that out that would be great.

I started off eating around 1400 cals a day and steadily lost 2lb a week for about six weeks, then it dropped down to 1lb a week for a while. About 3/4 weeks ago I increased my calorie intake to 1600 a day and since have been loosing 2-4 lbs a week.

Wow 3500 cals in one day thats impressive. Also congrats on not burying your head in the sand when you get crappy news. That's still something I struggle with all the time :smile:

Hi I've sent you a friend request. I'm on week 4 atm. Its no where near as hard as it looks when your first starting. Just take it slowly, repeat weeks when need be and before long you'll be amazed at how long your running for. Good Luck :wink:

Hi, I'm also a bit on the small size for my frame but I find the more weight I loose the more in proportion my boobs look to the rest of my body. I am a pear shape (I put on weight around my hips) so that may have something to do with it. Hoper that helps x
