I really like PF. I go daily, and I use cardio and weights each day. There are only a couple pieces of strength equipment I wish they had, but all in all, I can get done what I need to. I would say to go in and check out your facility. Do you know someone with a Black Card that can take you in to workout a couple times?

My husband have one day a week we go to the gym together - and we lift weights together. BUT, there is no chit-chat. We are there to spot each other, to get killer lift day in, push each other, and him to teach me. If I got all girly on him about it, he would be sure to nix it right away.

I use weights. I have selectable type dumbbells and love them! I am in the Push phase and am using up to 25 right now, but I have a couple I will be upping to 30 next week. However, I have had days I didn't have access to my weights and used the bands. They work well, I just feel more awkward using them.

Each scoop is 33 grams, and I usually get mine off of Amazon. There is also a health food store where I live that sells it, in case I forget to order before I run out. I also forgot to mention there is 28 grams of protein per scoop. (Sorry, I didn't think to mention the scoop size.)

I use Now Sports Pea Protein. I pay about $18 for a 2lb tub (27 scoops) Per Scoop: 130 cals 2g fat 1g carb It doesn't have any flavors, but I am OK with that, since I usually mix mine with skim milk and a fruit of some kind. I use mostly for the considerably lower amount of carbs and it's pretty cheap in comparison to most…

My hubby and I pulled the swing from the ceiling, sending us crashing to the ground. Falling in the shower - this is just inevitable, I don't know why people try

I'm sexy! I have great eyes and a killer smile. And I constantly get compliments on my hair. Thanks for this post!

From what I have heard, every other day. They are just like any other muscle and need to have rest days. Otherwise, the muscle will be fatigued and not respond.

31 here!

I'm definitely going to try this! Thanks for posting.

Yup! I am up at 3:15 each morning to get my cardio in. If I don't, I won't get it done. I'm too lazy after work.

Fantastic! The NSV's are simply the best. Congrats!

I started the Push Phase yesterday. I did CLX about a year ago, but dropped it with two weeks to go. This time, I am doing a hybrid with TF. Love it!
-
I am doing TF. I use a HRM to track what I burn. I can give you what I burn, as a guide, but I'm sure they will be different.
-
The NSV's are the best! I think I like them better. :) Congrats on coming so far!
-
If you have made it this far without one, I wouldn't say to start now. They can be very discouraging, trust me I know. I think the once a month weigh in is great! It keeps you on track, but you can't be obsessive with it.
-
Fantastic job! I see a difference for sure. Especially in the stomach and thigh region. Great work!!

I am guilty. By the time I get home, I just want to be lazy. I do get my workouts in before work, which is nice. I had to move to AM workouts. Otherwise, they weren't getting done.

I am. Why would this thread be locked? I don't see anything wrong with it. So long as the conversation doesn't get mean.

Right? this was invented by nutritionists? 12 weeks of nothing but water and donuts. And more than 2 dozen a day, to boot. I want to know how many people actually attempted this. And this “If you want to loose some flab in 2011, the All Donut Diet is the way to go,” said Jillian Michaels, the celebrity trainer on NBC’s The…
