35 on feb 19th HW: 275 CW: 235 GW: 170 or so Height: 5'8" It would be great to make some new friends for inspiration/motivation. Having a difficult time with some medical issues thus affecting my weight loss in a big way so would be nice to have some extra encouragement!!

Women with PCOS tend to have lower levels of B12 anyways. I found that taking vitamin B complex and Vitamin D3 (another vitamin PCOS women tend to lack) first thing in the morning really helps with energy. Might be a good idea to have your B and D levels checked by your doctor!

Happy Birthday!!! Everything in moderation - splitting dessert is a great idea - you can still enjoy but half the calories. That's what my husband and I do now. Enjoy your day and have a bite of cheesecake for me! (We don't have a cheesecake factory here).
