wahoo is so freakin awsome i remember we were on an offshore fishing trip and caught one by trolling...when we were having the fish cleaned i was given a fresh piece raw and it was the best sashimi ive ever had...even had a faint lemon taste to it

i used to run, but i noticed my knees would hurt when i did it to many times a week ive just transitioned over to swimming laps and LOVE it. no ache, full body workout and an excuse for the steam room and shower afterward

the buffets are pretty extensive and affordable, there is something for everyone and alot of times the casinos will comp you credit to eat there for playing the machines ps sweet tomatoes is an awesome restaurant if you get a chance

greek yogurt is awesome and if you freeze it over night you can make awesome smoothies spinache, strawberries bananas....yum!

THERE. IS. NO. SUCH. THING. AS. TOO. MUCH. BROCCOLI. though sams club does have a really great frozen California blend too (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot) that might branch out your veggies a bit. low sodium or rinsed canned spinach is awesome too

well...to lose weight you have to eat stuff thats not junk try eggs over easy in the morning with peice of toast an oatmeal WHOLE fruit ,veggies and hummus, yogurt, or nuts for snacks soup, salad and half a sandwhich for lunch lean meat, baked potato and veggies for dinner frozen yogurt or air popped popcorn at night…
